As a co-founder of TEG alongside two former colleagues from St1, I’ve led a boutique consultancy delivering tailored energy transition solutions. Our work spans the entire value chain, addressing diverse challenges such as evaluating hydrogen production profitability, creating roadmaps for EV charging infrastructure, and identifying decarbonization alternatives for the process industry.

Energy Consultant, District Energy and Infrastructure Services

Since 2019, I have been consulting Vierumäki Sporting Resort on energy supply, production, and distribution projects. Together with the local team, we have significantly reduced energy procurement costs and operational expenses while improving the reliability of energy supply. Initiatives include investments in heat pumps and boilers, optimizing building energy consumption, and transitioning previously outsourced energy services to in-house operations supported by advanced automation systems.

Over 22 years at St1, I contributed to the company's growth from a small fuel provider into a leading Nordic energy company. This journey from fossil fuels to renewable energy provided me with extensive hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing renewable energy projects across production, sales, and operations. These leadership roles have equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of the energy transition and its impact on business strategy and profitability.
